Please read all terms and conditions careful before ordering any of our products, or participating in any of our online entities. By ordering any product or service, you agree to be found by these terms and conditions. You will be asked to accept these terms and conditions prior to purchasing any product. If you refuse to accept these terms and conditions, you will not be able to order any of the products from our site. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions, please do not use or access any of our products, websites, applications, or other related services for any reason.
The term Fizz Society or ‘us’ or ‘we’ refers to the owner of this website, and the term ‘you’, ‘customer’, and/or ‘member’, refers to the user or viewer of our website.
Who we are
Our site is only intended for use by individuals residing within the United Kingdom. We do not accept any order for our products or services from any location outside of the United Kingdom.
Our website and related applications and services are provided on an “as-is” basis, and we provide no guarantee of consistent availability of those websites, related applications or services.
The content included within the pages of our website or other related applications or services is for your general information and use only. We reserve the right to change content without notice.
Minimum Age Requirement
By using our site and/or purchasing any related products or services, you agree that you are at least the legal drinking age in the United Kingdom (18 years of age).
We will not sell or otherwise deliver our products or services to anyone under the legal drinking age in the United Kingdom.
You will be asked to confirm your age prior to any purchase on our website, and we reserve the right to cancel any order where we are unsure of your age.
If our couriers are in any doubt about the age of the recipient they will request identification. If doubt still remains they are not permitted to leave the shipment.
Purchasing our services
You must complete, in full, all required registration information in order to subscribe to or purchase any of our products. In doing so, you become a member of our community. By placing an order and becoming a member, you agree to receive two bottles of sparkling wine each month until you cancel. By placing an order and providing your credit or debit card details, you authorise Section Six LTD to charge your card) in full for all applicable charges for your monthly order.
How to Order
We are a 100% online company, and so all orders must be placed online using our website.
Payment processing & security
For your first purchase, your credit or debit card will not be charged immediately. Instead, your payment will be taken on the 1st day of the next month, and you will receive your first shipment in our next regularly schedule monthly delivery.
For subsequent monthly orders, your credit or debit card will be charged on the 1st day of each month.
To protect your security, we use state of the art encryption through our payment provider, Stripe.
You are free to cancel your subscription at any time.
In order to avoid charges for your next regularly scheduled shipment, please ensure you cancel your subscription prior to the 1st day of the next month, otherwise you will be liable for that month as your last shipment.
We will only deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom.
Shipment from our warehouse is typically made within the last week of the month. We aim to deliver within 48 hours of shipment, however this is not always possible depending on your location. We are not liable if your delivery takes longer than our intended targeted delivery timeframe.
Each delivery must be signed for by the recipient. That recipient must be over the age of 18, otherwise we will not be able to complete delivery. If we are unable to complete delivery, our courier will contact you to arrange another time. If multiple attempted deliveries are unsuccessful, you may be asked to pick up your shipment from a central location dictated by the courier company. We will not be held responsible for any costs associated with obtaining your shipment in this circumstance.
The price of of products and services will be as quoted on our website, except in cases of obvious error.
All product prices will include VAT.
All subscription products include shipping costs.
We reserve the right to change product and service pricing at any time, except in cases where you have already purchased a product or service and received a confirmation of your order.
Unless otherwise stated, all pricing is in GBP (£).
Approach to Quality & Refunds
If you are unhappy with your Fizz Society purchase, for any reason, please contact us on email@example.com. Depending on the circumstances, we may arrange for a refund or re-shipment as appropriate. We may require you to return any outstanding product to Fizz Society as a condition of a refund. Any refund agreed will be in an amount equal to the price of the product plus applicable taxes, less shipping. Refunds are at the sole discretion of Section Six Ltd and Fizz Society.
You are responsible for updating any relevant customer information via our website, including delivery address details, and payment details. Incorrect delivery address details may involve additional delivery fees or cancellation of delivery. You are responsible for ensuring your payment information is up to date, and that that the billing address in your registration information is consistent with the billing address for your payment service or payment card.
